2019 OPES Red Ribbon Week!
Natonal Theme: Send a Message. Stay Drug Free.
During Red Ribbon Week, schools, businesses, and communities come together to take a stand against harmful drugs! Our goal is to encourage healthy lifestyles and decision making! Throughout the week, the students will learn about staying safe from drugs and making healthy choices!
We will also have a chance to support our academic standards throughout the week! All of our students from Kindergarten to fifth grade have health and safety standards related to drug awareness and prevention. Below you will find a link to our standards.
Monday: Don't Get Mixed Up in Unhealthy Choices!
Tuesday: Pledge to Stay Drug Free!
Wednesday: Give Unhealthy Choices the Boot!
Thursday: Reading Can Help Us Stay Focused on Healthy Choices!
Friday: Put Unhealthy Choices to Rest!
