Laura Ingalls Wilder

Little Laura Ingalls Wilder was born in Wisconsin on February 7,1867, and "The Little House in the Big Woods” is what her birth would later become to be called.She wanted to be a teacher from 1882-1885.
Almanzo Wilder later married her. She published Little House in the Big Woods in 1932.
She began teaching in a one room country school house at the age 15.
She had the job for three years with a local family rooming.
Laura published Little House in The Big Woods in 1932. It would become an autobiographical children’s book series,collectively the Little House books which they were called.
She died in 1957. It was a sad moment but at least we still have her books.
