Tartan Cross Country Athlete honored

Senior Arlie Kapaun was named a MSHSL Most Valuable Teammate!

Arlie is the epitome of a leader and teammate. A team captain for three years, she encouraged and inspired her teammates, attended all team functions with a smile, and had a positive, encouraging spirit no matter the circumstances. When she didn’t race the way she wanted and felt disappointed, she was happy for her teammates’ successes and cheered for them. The Tartan cross-country program is incredibly grateful for her leadership and dedication.

Congratulations, Arlie!

COVID booster clinic for 16+ - Friday, January 28 at North High School

District 622 is partnering with Ramsey County Public Health to offer another COVID booster clinic on Friday, January 28 from 3 - 6 p.m. at North High School.

Clinic staff will use the Pfizer vaccine to provide boosters for anyone 16 years and older. Boosters are available for people who received their second dose 6 months prior to Jan 28. People who received the Moderna or J&J vaccine initially can get a Pfizer booster.

Parents do not have to be present for 16-year-olds, but parents/guardians need to provide consent virtually through the registration link.

Tartan BPA students succeed

Tartan Business Professionals of America had a great showing at their Region 2 Conference on Saturday. Some highlights are that 20 BPA students have qualified for the state competition, 15 students placed in two or more events, and we had 9 first place finishes.
