Our body carries water soluble vitamins through the body's tissue, but is unable to store water soluble vitamins, meaning it is important to take in an adequate amount daily. Extra amounts of water soluble vitamins in our body is removed by our kidney's

Vitamin C is the most plentiful protein in our body, that is needed to make collagen. Collagen is a substance that holds the body together and provides strength to our bones, teeth, skin and blood vessels.
