Ready to be Fit and Healthy?
Let's start off the new year with a fun 6 week challenge (January 8 - February 12)!
Challenge: Give yourself 1 point every time you...
- Drink 8 oz. water
- Take 10k steps
- Finish 30 min. of exercise
- Get 7+ hours of sleep
- Pray, read Bible for 10+ min
- Eat healthy (You can decide what is healthy for you!)
- Send a motivational message to our "team"
Details:
- Track your own daily points
- Text your daily points to Pam before 8 am each day to be added to the leader board (if you forget, you forfeit those points) Note: There is no need to share how many steps you took or what you ate. Just keep count of your own final points and text to me. Example: 8
- Track your steps using the Fitbit app (you don't need a fitbit)
- Top 3 scores after 6 weeks will win:
- First place...bragging rights, a crown, and first choice of a gift card
- Second place...2nd choice of a gift card
- Third place...3rd choice of a gift card
