About Safe Routes to School
Safe Route to School Programs aim to make it safer for students to walk and bike to school and encourage more walking and biking where safety is not a barrier. Transportation, public health and planning professionals, school communities, law enforcement officers, community groups and families all have roles to play using education, encouragement, engineering (changes to the physical environment) and enforcement to meet a local community’s needs.
The Town of Windsor, in collaboration with the Weld RE-4 School District is seeking your input regarding your student/’s access to the schools located in Windsor. Please help us by providing your responses to this short survey as we work to make Windsor both healthier and safer. The survey will be open from November 1 to November 15. Thank you for your participation!

Retake Picture Day - November 13
Two types of students will come to retake day:
1. Students Who Were Absent
These students were absent for the original picture day. They will need to have their picture taken in order to appear in the yearbook. They may use their original order envelope or pick up another from the school office.
2. Students Who Want a Retake
These students are not satisfied with their original pictures. Have them bring their entire picture package to the photographer. The photographer will retake the picture and we will reorder the package that was originally ordered.
These pictures will be delivered back to the school.
