PAST WEEK /SHOUT OUTS
Dear Buena Vista Families;
Everyone worked so hard to put this together. It was a great evening. The sincere joy on the faces of our students made this a worthwhile endeavor. THANK YOU!
Another excellent week full of good activities for all our young scholars.
- We had a good Red Ribbon week. We learned to make healthy choices and to say no to drugs.
- On Tuesday, all students and staff participated in a "Character Counts" assembly. Students had opportunity to understand why respect, trustworthiness, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship are needed character traits for growth.
- Thursday, was our harvest festival.

- OCTOBER 31, Wednesday: No costumes except kindergarten.
- November 02, Friday, 8:30 am : Coffee with the Principal in the cafeteria
- November 12, Monday - Veteran's day observed. No school.
- November 14, Wednesday - Minimum day.
- November 19-23 (Monday-Friday) - Thanksgiving break.
