An important BINGO NIGHT update from our Co-Chairperson, Colleen Knox:
Thursday, March 14. Two sessions: 4:00- 5:30 p.m. OR 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
All ticket orders picked up at Mill Pond at dismissal time this past Thursday have been processed. All processed orders are sent email confirmation of their Bingo session. The raffle tickets from all processed orders have been left in the homeroom teachers' mailboxes and should have come home with your child.
If you did not receive an email, your order form has not been received. If you sent it into school, please have your child check with his/her teacher and ask if that it had be sent to the main office.
If you are planning to attend Bingo Night and have not yet submitted your Ticket Order Form, please send in your form as soon as possible. The deadline for tickets is Tuesday March 12th. If you need an extra copy of the ticket order form it is attached or can be found on the Mill Pond Parent Group Facebook page. You may also use this form to order tickets for the Basket Raffles, the 50-50 Raffle (the winner takes home 50% of the money raised in this raffle!), and premium raffles. Premium raffle items include: Board & Brush party for 6, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Boston Cannons tickets, autographed 8x10 photo from Patriot's Trey Flowers, an autographed Red Sox item, horseback riding lessons and more. There’s something for everyone!
If you had been planning to send in a donation and had not yet done so, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know about your donation. I must finalize all raffle items this weekend. Email acknowledgements have been sent for all donations received to date.
