Smoking
Smoking causes cancer, emphysema, and heart disease, it can shorten your life by 10 years or more.Smoking is a hard habit to break because tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive.Smokers develop wrinkles and yellow teeth. They will also loose bone density. Smoking can also cause fertility problems and can impact sexual health in both men and women. Some problems smokers face are bad skin, bad breath, bad selling clothes and hair, reduced athletic performance, greater risk of injury and slower healing time, and increased risk of illness.
Smokeless Tobacco
Smokeless tobacco comes in 2 forms, snuff and chewing tobacco. Chewing smokeless tobacco can eventually kill you. It can cause mouth and throat cancer. Can cause bad breath and yellowish-brown stains on your teeth. More serious things would be cracking and bleeding lips and gums, receding gums, increased heart rate, and cancer.
