These smoothies are designed to create a blood-sugar balancing, meal replacement shake in any flavor, with enough protein, fat and fiber and greens to keep you full for up to 4-6 hours.

They will keep you fuller longer than with Protein Shake mIx alone.


Starting your day off with one of these delicious smoothies will set your day up for success!


Each smoothie contains:

  • Protein (20 grams minimum)
  • Fiber (10 grams or 1-2 tbsp)
  • Fat (1-2 tbsp)
  • Handful of greens
  • 1/4 cup fruit
  • Superfoods
  • Liquid


Protein Source: Chocolate or Vanilla Arbonne Vegan Protein, or to reduce calories and sugar we recommend one scoop of Arbonne flavorued protein and one scoop of Arbonne Protein Boost. If using two scoops of Protein Boost, you may want to increase fruits/veggies for flavour.

All smoothie recipes are designed to serve one person, but you can always double or triple a batch if you are feeding more than one.

These recipes are created by Arbonne Independent Consultants and are a little lighter and use less liquid than the Body Love Recipes.As they don't all contain added healthy fats and additional flax or chia seeds, they may not keep you feeling as full for as along as the Body Love Recipes. You can always add extra MCT Oil, Coconut Oil Avocado or 1 Tbsp of nut butter to increase satiety.
