Loudoun Valley High School Capstone Program
An Opportunity for Graduating Seniors
Our Capstone runs from May 16th to June 2nd and students participating in the program are dismissed from their regularly scheduled classes to complete a project, internship, job shadowing, or volunteer experiences off of our LVHS campus. Capstone serves as an opportunity for our students to connect with the community, learn new skills, and grow as productive members of our society.
As we begin the Capstone process, I would like to invite you to our Thursday, June 2nd Capstone Expo Celebration at 5:00pm in the Main gym. This event will celebrate and reflect on the many Capstone experiences going on this year by showcasing student work and family, friends, and community members are welcome to attend.

As our many of our seniors wrap up the final stages of the application process and prepare for the start of their Capstone on May 16th, it is important to remember that participation is Capstone is contingent on student academic performance, attendance, and behavior and that as a school, we reserve the right to permit or remove a student from the Capstone program.
