December 16th - December 23rd, 2022

We have had a great week at Titus! There is excitement in the air and energy is abounding.

This coming week we will host some special moments to celebrate our community and season. Please be sure to check out our Winter Fun Spirit Week details below. We come together as a school and show some spirit - I personally can't wait!

I'm looking forward to taking part in the traditional Titus Holiday Sing (I may have a song ready to go!) and visiting with each class during their Winter Parties. Wonderful memories will be made over the course of the week and leading up to our Winter Break.

An abbreviated newsletter will be shared next week to share some pictures and fun from our festive week.

Wishing you and your families the best this weekend. Stay Warm!

Mrs. Helen Sclama Zaleski

Clothing Drop Off

Did you know that Titus has a Turnkey clothing drop off shed? You can drop off unwanted clothing in our shed by the cafeteria parking lot while helping to support local needs, needs across the US and in other countries. Titus earns funds from the amount of clothing that is collected each month.

Check it out!

Home and School Information

These Are a Few of Their Favorite Things…

Looking for ways to help your child’s teacher in their classroom? Or maybe you have some extra items laying around your craft room or kids’ rooms and are wondering if a teacher could use them? Or maybe you want to buy them a holiday gift they will love, but don’t know their favorite store?

Home & School is here to help! In the spirit of the holidays, we asked Titus teachers to share with us “A Few of Their Favorite Things” and have compiled their lists into a handy dandy document that you can view HERE. You can see what types of items they could use the most for their classrooms, a list of their favorite things, as well as any dietary restrictions they may have, and what parents/caregivers can do to help them the most.

This list will stay active for the rest of the year, so make sure you check back for updates!

Thank you for your support of Titus and our AMAZING teachers!!!!

While we are only halfway through the schoolyear, we are starting to connect with parents/caregivers that are interested in volunteering during the 2023-2024 school year. We are looking for people who are especially interested in:

  • · Serving as a board member on the Home & School Board
  • · Serving as a committee member on the:

  • Secret Shop Committee
  • Yearbook Committee
  • Book Fair Committee

We will be holding an info meeting in January after the holidays for those who are interested in learning more! Keep an eye out in the Tiger Times for more info and a meeting date!
