Coppell Schools Losing Credibility
Foreign Languages Not Taken Serious Enough
Coppell Schools Being Shut Down?
A recent survey has shown that only 30% of CISD graduates remember anything about the foreign language they learned, and out of these 30% of graduates, only 5% say they can have a conversation in that language. This lack of effort to provide the students with a good foreign language system is lowering the standards of the school district and is making Coppell look like a bad educational place for parents to send their kids to school. To prevent any further damage to Coppell's name, CISD needs to start teaching kids a secondary language in elementary schools and continue it all the way through high school. If action to provide a better foreign language system is not taken, Coppell ISD runs the risk of being shut down by the government.
