My big question.
how circulation/respiration are accomplished in the body
Circulation
The circulatory system is a vast network of organs and blood vessels that is responsible for the flow of blood and nutrients, hormones, oxygen and other gases to and from cell. Without this system our body would not be able to fight other diseases. The blood vessels are connected to the heart, the heart pumps the blood, and gives oxygen to all the organs. It is made up of 3 independent systems that work together to create one:
- 1. The Heart.
- 2. The lungs.
- 3. The blood vessels.
Respiration.
It is the process that makes you breath. It takes oxygen from the air to your blood, to give than oxygen to your organs. When you breath out you get ride of Co2. It is the process which releases energy in glucose. Oxygen is needed for aerobic respiration this produces carbon dioxide
So, how are they accomplished?
These 2 processes are accomplished by gas exchange. Why? Because when you breath you take oxygen to your body. Than the oxygen gets into the air sacs (alveoli) and than they are transported to all the organs in the human body. This is how they are accomplished and complementary.
