Principal's Message
Dear Klein Cain Parents and Students,
Hello, Hurricanes! We hope that this Back to School newsletter finds everyone rested and that you spent this summer making memories to last a lifetime. We are thrilled to be starting the 2019-2020 school year in just a few weeks. We are cannot wait to see all of our returning students and staff, and we are thrilled to be welcoming almost 1,000 new students and their families, along with 80 new staff members to our Hurricane Family. The best part of this school year is we are finally getting our history-making Senior Class! We know that this year will be full of firsts, traditions and memories for the Class of 2020 - Klein Cain's first-ever graduating class!
As we prepare for our first day of school, which is August 19th, we know that you may have many questions about what to expect. Klein ISD’s website is a great resource for you to use when preparing for the start of the 2019-2020 school year. Do you want to know what bus will your child will ride? Are you curious as to how to load money onto your child’s lunch account? Do you need to update your student’s information? This website is a “one-stop-shop” for all Back to School information. In the event you are unable to find the answer to a question there, please feel free to contact the school so we can help.
Additionally, all Klein ISD families of returning students need to complete the Annual Student Information Update by Friday, August 16 to ensure a smooth start and schedule pickup for your student on the first day of school!
Be sure to visit our Klein Cain website and follow our social media accounts to keep up with campus information and all of our Hurricane happenings! Additionally, you are always welcome to contact us at 832-375-8400, if you have any questions regarding any of this information.
