Boxes of Hope
This project has been one that has produced so many blessings. Past students will tell me that they still have their hope boxes and look at them from time to time. I have asked the children to prepare their box as one they would also be happy receiving from a classmate.
CCE Snowman Days of Giving!!
- Mon. Dec. 10 – mittens and gloves
- Tues. Dec. 11 – toys and books
- Wed. Dec. 12 – warm cozy socks
- Thurs. Dec. 13 – thermal wear (coats and sweaters)
- Fri. Dec. 14 – canned food
Participation is strictly voluntary and will be connected to service learning at the campus level.

Another Global Project :) a holiday card exchange
Ani's card was voted on to be our card for the Holiday Card Exchange. It was a close vote because all of the artwork was so awesome. The theme for #HCE2012 was snowglobes. We are exchanging cards with classrooms all over North America.
Come see our display!!
The students will be placing all of the cards we receive outside of the classroom. The classes are sharing their avg. temperature, # of boys and girls, and an "interesting aspect" of their class. Our "interesting aspect" was hard to narrow down!! We ended up with... We LOVE learning through Global projects. We use the stones in our path as stepping stones NOT tombstones. AMAZING thinkers in this class!!
