Thank you to the High School Band & Families for your flexibility with our rehearsals this past week! We are heading into the last 2 weeks of marching band - it will be a whirlwind!

HS Band Competition Schedules

10/6 - Vicksburg

Call Time @ BSHS - 3:00pm

Warm Up @ Vicksburg - 6:35pm

Performance @ Vicksburg - 7:20pm

Return Time @ BSHS - 11:15pm


10/10 - MSBOA @ Niles HS

Rehearse during class.

Students stay in band room after school (or go to athletics practice for a short bit).

Team Dinner - 4:45pm

Leave BSHS - 5:30pm

Warm Up @ Niles - 6:30pm

Performance @ Niles/MSBOA Festival - 7:00pm

Return Time @ BSHS - 8:45pm


10/13 - Lakeshore

Middle School Band "Store"

At the middle school, we are selling essential music supplies for students who need them. Students who need the supplies can bring in cash or we will charge it to their band accounts. If your student is carrying a balance, we will send you that information every month. We hope to eventually expand the store to have swabs and other cleaning materials as well.

Have you Heard?

The School District is asking the Berrien Springs Community for a bond this coming November 6th to fund the building of a Performing Arts Center and Indoor Athletic Complex. Lessons

Private instrumental lessons are an excellent supplement for your student's musical growth. There are many things private teachers can help your student improve that the band directors cannot due to time constraints and the need to help multiple students/sections in the class.
