Fox Family Focus
Week of October 31, 2021
Greetings Fox Families!
Greetings Fox Families! This is Anita Roane, your principal with this week’s announcements and reminders. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
The Foxy Focus for November is Citizenship.
The students will hear the following statement on the announcements each morning and are encouraged to incorporate it into their daily habits.
Citizenship includes doing your part and working to make your school, community, and country a better place for everyone. We obey laws, take care of the environment, and spend time helping others. Citizens of the United States are able to vote in elections.
Thank you to all of the parents that were able to join us for our first Zoom Family Night last week. It was great to see so many faces. Congratulations again to Thomas VanDyke and Jessa Raettig for being the winners of the prizes. We hope you enjoy your new tv!
Congratulations to our Reading Academic Interventionist Mrs. Laura Wilson! She is the Certified TeamLCPS MVP Winner for last week. It is her first year in this position and she is knocking it out of the park!
Our first Outdoor Family Movie Night will be Friday, November 5th. The lot will open at 6:00 PM and the movie will begin at 6:30 PM. The featured movie is Addams Family 2. Please remember to RSVP. The cost is $10.00 per car. Pizza and concessions will be available for purchase. You will want to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets to sit on the concrete and grass. Volunteer opportunities are available. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050b4eabac2ba5ff2-mossnuckols
