OEC 5k
The annual OEC 5k is scheduled for Friday, October 14th. While we do not have the exact schedule and times Mr. Heffelbower put together this document that outlines everything you need to know to prepare for the event. Students can start bringing in donations on Tuesday, 9/27. Donations can be dropped off in room H113 E. Students need to make sure their names are clearly labeled on their donations so they receive credit for what they bring in.
Women's Self Defense Class
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is bringing their Women's Self Defense Awareness Training program to OEC. The event will run on Friday, November 18th with the time to be determined. This is a free program. If you are interested in participating in this event, please click here to fill out a brief form to sign up and hold your spot. Originally, this program was only going to offered to OEC students but now the program is offered to OEC students and their friends and families but ONLY OEC students can complete the form.

No School for Students
There is no school for students on Wednesday, 10/5 in observance of Yom Kippur. OCC classes are still running so please keep that in mind.
Students Not Feeling Well
If your student is not feeling well, please keep them home. Our staff is prepared to work with students to get caught up on course work. If your student has tested positive for COVID or been exposed, please follow the guidance from the Oakland County Health department here.
PIT Crew Update
Order forms for the Frontier Soup fundraiser are due today, however we will still accept them on Monday for those last-minute individuals! If you are in need of an order form, please contact the PIT Crew through one of the channels listed below. Remember to include your family and friends with your order! These fundraisers help us to achieve our goals which includes providing for our graduates, our students and the great OEC staff. Order big!!
