Important Dates to place on your calendar
I hope you all are enjoying the summer and the time with your families. I am excited to know that within a few weeks, we will see our students smiling faces. As the staff begins to return, we are making lots of preparations for the upcoming school year. We look forward to welcoming our students back into the building. Many details are being worked out. However, I wanted to provide a few important dates and our schedule for Sneak Peak/Curriculum Night.

Sneak Peek/Curriculum Night - August 31st
Sneak Peek/Curriculum Night is designed to give the parents a window into the classrooms our students will be sitting in for the new school year. You will get a chance to meet your teachers and hear about the curriculum presented to our students throughout the year. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and enjoy getting to know your teachers.
To do this effectively, we have decided as a team that it would be beneficial to our families to develop a schedule in a staggered format to accommodate the needs of all who attend. Below you will find the schedule that lists timeslots based on students' last names. The last slot is available for those families who missed their assigned session or have multiple students (you can attend the very next session as well).
- 5-5:30- A-H
- 5:45-6:15- I-P
- 6:30-7:00 - Q-Z
- 7:00-7:30 - Available session if unable to make the other sessions or have another child.
**Parents with multiple children may attend the next available session after their first session. For example, a parent with the last name of Paul would attend at 5:45 PM but could then join the next 6:30 PM session for their 2nd child.
- We ask that you arrive on time for your assigned slots.
- We ask that you enter and exit the main entrance doors.
- We ask that you stop by the table in the front to pick up your teacher assignment welcome back postcard, the Yearbook that you purchased last year, and other important information.
- We ask that you participate and enjoy the PTO Scavenger Hunt that helps gives you a tour of our building.
Most importantly, we ask that you all enjoy yourselves.
