Should we go on?
When it comes to eating healthy you need to find out what works for you and what is sustainable. No one can tell you what the best way is, only you will be able to establish that. Any one of the above diets will work, but it all depends on what your goals are and what you are working towards or trying to eliminate. It's like an exercise regime, you need to find out what works for you. Find something that is not going to make you hate life and everyone around you. It needs to be manageable and allows you to stay committed.
For example: Weight loss
It's really not rocket science- calories in vs calories out, it's the law of thermodynamics, expending more than what you consume.
So it takes an additional 3500 calories to gain a pound of fat. So on the flip side- if weight loss was your goal you would need to create a deficit of 3500 calories in your diet,
How?
It's simple, diet or exercise or both.
If you wanted to drop 1 pound per week, you could split that calorie deficit up over the 7 day period. To create that shortfall you could run for 25 minutes per day, giving you around 250 calories burned and then skip that super hipster venti mocha latte with whip cream sparing you 250 calories from your daily diet.
BOOM - there is your 500 calorie deficit.
Addressing healthy eating comes down to what you deem as healthy- whether that is low sugar, going vegan or eating only organic food.
One thing we all know, is that sugar is bad.
There are some great tools out there to utilize, myfitnesspal is a good one. It allows you to customize an eating plan based on your goals.
