We believe blood is life. Indiana Blood Center will provide a continuous, safe and adequate supply of blood products and testing services first to people of our own communities, then wherever blood products and testing services are needed.

STEM News
STEM is in full swing during these winter months! Younger students learned about hibernation and created bear dens. It was so fun to see their creativity! Students are also learning about penguins and how their wings are useful in their everyday life. Second and third graders have been busy driving and coding the sphero. The challenge was to set up a track for the sphero to navigate through and to code the sphero to bowl. This was a great activity for students to use a fun technology piece in a team building activity! 4th grade students are diving deep into a natural disaster and working collaboratively to teach the class all about the science behind their natural disaster. 4th graders also have an engineering component they will be working on for their natural disasters.
Hot Box Cups: If you have any Hot Box cups you would like to donate, STEM would love to have more for cup stacking!
Exploration Time Donations: I am always taking Exploration Time donations that you may no longer use at your home. Example items include: building blocks, marble runs, play-doh, coloring books, legos, cookie cutters, etc…
