A Note from the Interim Principal
Dear Families,
It's hard to believe that Lent has already arrived. The parties on Fat Tuesday followed by the "burying" of the Alleluias and the receiving of ashes definitely show us that we have entered this time of prayer, fasting and almsgiving. As a school, we will close each day with a Lenten prayer and will focus on the importance of this season in our daily Religion classes. May this season of Lent be a time of repentance and renewal for all of us as we eagerly anticipate the joy of Easter.
Blessings,
Veronica Tucker

HFCS Receives Bowling Grant
Holy Family Catholic School is a 2016 recipient of the Bowler’s Education In-School Bowling Equipment Grant awarded by International Bowling Campus Youth Development. This grant supplies the school with six In-School Bowling kits which includes carpeted lanes, regulation size pins, bowling balls, and teaching curriculum. This equipment will enhance the teaching of the sport during all PE classes. Annually, some of our students step out of the classroom and put their practiced bowling skills to the test at a bowling alley. In addition, our 7th grade students go bowling with the students from Boulevard Heights. We are so excited to be able to offer this unique experience to our students!
