Downline Report

The Downline Report shows each of your team members that are on your team as well as their contact information, current month PV, CTV, Start Date and other qualifications information. To access it from the back office, go to Reporting > Downline Report.

The above image shows what the report defaults to when you first access the report.

You can use the dropboxes to change to the month + year as well as which levels of your team you want to include. Therefore if you have more than 4 levels, you will definitely want to change that parameter so you can view your whole team's information.

Once you have selected your parameters then click on "Generate Report" button to generate the report below.

If you want to narrow down your results of the Downline Report even further, then you will want to click on the "Show Filters" link right above the "Generate Report" button.

From here you can mark the box on which filter you want to use and type in the box the qualifier and then click "Generate Report" button to have it run the report.

Trying to find a certain team member, mark the box of the first filter and enter their first or last name and then click "Generate Report" and it will show any with that same name on the report below. Of course don't forget to first select all levels you want the report to show as well in the top dropdown boxes.

Or if you wanted to see which team members were located in the state of AZ, then mark that box and change the drop down to AZ. Click "Generate Report" and it will show a listing of team members who are located in that state. Of course don't forget to first select all levels you want the report to show as well in the top dropdown boxes.

Another highly used one is to see who promoted in a particular month. Mark the box and click "Generate Report". Just ensure you select the appropriate month as well as include all levels you want the report to include above.

The above image shows part of the report that will be displayed once you generate the report. As you can this report shows you which Level they are in relation to you, their Designer ID#, Name, Achieved Title (highest rank they've achieved), Paid As Title (title they are being paid at currently for the period selected), their Upline name (mentor), Original sponsor (if they were placed on your team by O2 then will show Origami Owl) as well as contact Information.

If you scroll to the right then you will see additional information as shown above, like activity status, PV (personal volume, CTV (team volume), # of VQDC (volume qualified designers - personally sponsored + have over $99PV, TLC (team leader count), STLC (senior team leader count), ETLC (executive team leader count), DRC (director count) and SDC (senior director count) for the period you are running the report.

If you want to sort by any particular column, click on the blue column title and it will sort A-Z or low-high. Click it again and it will sort Z-A or high-low.

So for instance you want to see who was recently added to your team, scroll over to the right hand side until you see the column titled Start Date, then click it twice and it will sort the report showing those who last joined on top of report.

If you want to analyze the data or do other filtering/sorting then using the Export to Excel feature is probably the best bet.
You may also notice these icons next to the designers name. When you click on these different icons then a report will come up.

Clicking on the person will bring up that particular designers' Designer Performance Summary Report.


Clicking on the circle with $ will bring up that particular designers' Paycheck Coach report.


Clicking on the circle with a ★ will bring up that particular designers' Career Coach report.

Clicking on the arrow will bring up that particular designers' Sponsoring Downline Report.
