Week Five - Intellectual Wellness
Week five is focused on Intellectual Wellness - the intellectual dimension of wellness involves engaging the individual in creative and stimulating mental activities to expand your knowledge and skills. Intellectual wellness can involve:
- Cherishing mental growth and stimulation
- Being involved in intellectual and cultural activities
- Engaging in the exploration of new ideas

Do you feel stressed out, and/or are you not sleeping well lately? Come join us for a workshop hosted by the Health and Wellness Crew (HAWC) to learn about how stress and sleep are related, and tips on how to become a happier and more successful individual by fixing your stress and sleep cycle!
Wellness Challenge Adult Coloring Contest
An important part of intellectual wellness is leaning into your creative side. The Wellness Challenge Adult Coloring Contest is the perfect way to do so this week!
Here's how to get involved:
- Find an adult coloring sheet (from an adult coloring book if you have one, or find a free download online, or stop by the office to pick one up)
- Color in the adult coloring sheet using your favorite markers, pencils, or crayons
Want to color with us? Join us!
Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 12pm-1pm in STCN 210
Coloring sheets and supplies will be provided!
- Bring it to the Wellness & Health Promotion office by 4pm on Wednesday (Feb. 8) to enter in the contest
- Judges will pick the top 3 winners, who will win prizes below!!! TOTE BAGS??? PHONE CHARGERS???

Identifying Your Learning Style: Utilizing the Kolb Learning Style Inventory to Maximize Your Learning Inside and Outside the Classroom
