Message from Mr. Nellis, Assistant Principal
Dear LWJES Students and Families,
It is with bittersweet emotions that l must let you know that I will not be returning to Louis Wiener, Jr. Elementary School next year. I have been a teacher and administrator for CCSD for 30 years, including a number of years as a computer specialist. Recently, an unexpected opportunity came my way that will allow me to return to work in the IT sector.
With this new beginning, comes the closing of my time with CCSD, and I will be retiring in June.
I would like to thank Mr. Blume, the faculty, and all of the students and families for making these past six years some of the most memorable of my career. To our families, I appreciate the trust you have placed with us to care for and educate your students. To our students, I ask you to remember that through hard work, patience, dedication, and a little bit of luck, you can all achieve great things.
I wish all of you the best,
Mr. Nellis

It is the expectation of LWJES that devices are returned in the state in which they were issued. Please note, never spray cleaner directly on a device, and only use gentle cleansers if needed.
Please open the file to view more information about the return of devices.
