West Nile
West Nile was first found in Uganda in 1937. The appeared in New York on 1999. West Nile is a disease/virus that is spread by Mosquitos and mostly affects birds. But can infect humans and other animals. West Nile is was not on purpose obviously but it was able somehow to diffuse.
West nile spreading
We'll since it was first found in Uganda in 1937 it spreaded to New York and was first appeared on 1999. It's also have been spreaded part of Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Asia, and Australia to Nobody's for sure how it went to America but could of been migration of birds or a transport accident. It's still going on and their is no vaccine but thankfully it rarely causes death.
Effects
The effects of the West Nile are fever, headache, body aches, skin rash and swollen lymph glands but most people who are infected with the West Nile virus will not have any type of illness. Can also cause a brain inflammation.
