SIT Process

The Tomahawk Student Intervention Form is located on the T-Drive in the Watch list folder. If you are planning to bring a student up to the SIT team please complete this form and send it to Courtney. Students who are referred to SIT for academics must be on the grade level watch list. We will be reviewing watch lists during our upcoming Instructional Decision Meetings.

We changed things a little from last year. We would like the student who gets a tag to be eligible to win all year instead of just the week they received it.

The Spreadsheet is in the same place T:\TH\PBIS\Tomahawk Tag Student List.xlsx however there is now a tab at the bottom for each classroom, then one for Class Tags.

1. You will need to click on your classroom at the bottom of the sheet (example 4P is Posch, KL is Lynn, and CJ is CBR Jones).

2. Verify it’s your name at the top.

3. Enter Student’s First and Last Name and the date you entered tag.

4. Save and Exit

For Class Tags just enter your last name and the date.

Please remember

  • Enter names by Thursday evening since I need to select the winners before morning announcements on Fridays.
  • Only one person can be in the spreadsheet at a time, so only open it if you’re going to quickly enter your students.

Classified Staff Advisory Council

Classified Staff Advisory Council (CSAC): will reconvene during the 2016-17 school year. CSAC is now accepting applications from classified staff members looking to become part of a great team! CSAC is a channel for classified staff to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement of district operations, classified employee policies and more. It is also an opportunity to learn more about key district news and initiatives. The council is hoping to increase the number of members from various classified positions for the 2016-17 school year.

The district will be emailing all classified staff and posting information about the application process on the Ozone. Anyone interested in applying should fill out the application and have their Building Administrator/Supervisor approve. Applications should be submitted by October 1, 2016 to Eric Punswick or Maggie Kolb at the Education Center.
