Giraffes usually eat acacia leaves, which are found on acacia trees. Giraffes also eat many fruits and they eat grass. Giraffes eat food from a height because their necks are very long.


Giraffes live in grasslands or open woodlands. Giraffes are mostly found in Africa where there is alot of trees.

What Giraffes are good at

Giraffes are the tallest living mammal. They are good at reaching to high places to get food that not alot of other animals can get to, like trees. Giraffes are good at running because they can run up to 35 miles per hour. Their legs are taller than most humans, about 6 feet. Giraffes are good at getting rood because their toungue is 21 inches long.

Giraffes are baige with orange, square-like spots. They are very tall . Their legs are 6 feet tall. Giraffes are the tallest living mammal on land. Their necks are long for reaching the leaves off of trees because they are herbivores.
