• Event bookings requires full pre payment 7 days in advance.
• Events have strict cancelation policies so please consider before booking.
• 7 days in advance to change or cancel appointments to receive full refund.
• 3 days or less cancellation will be charged in full and no credit received.
• All credit card payments over phone or online will need to be verified and confirmed
• If you are ill with Covid-19 related symptoms and cannot make it, you must give us 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule until you are better or you may send someone else in your place. Less then 24 hours it will be considered a last minute and be charged in full.
  
• Las minute cancellations or no show regardless of situation, will be charged in full.
  
• Drinks, Deserts and Charcuterie Box is eat at your own risk and no substitutions.
• Event is exclusive to certain services and time frames and can be changed without notice
• Events may not be combined or purchased with coupons, or existing gift certificates.
• All packages include tip.
• $25 gift card is giving to your loved one at check out during our event, when you book and pay 7 days in advance. any cancelations that turn to store credit/certificate do not receive $25 gift card.
• We have the right to cancel any appointment that cannot be confirmed or paid in full.

• All valid refunds will be returned the way they were purchased.
