Ozobot Bit
Learning to Code
What is an Ozobot Bit?
Is Ozobot Bit a Robot?
Yes! Ozobot Bit is a tiny robot that drives on lines. On the bottom are 5 openings with lights that are the sensors - kind of like Ozobot's eyes. The sensors figure out how bright the paper is underneath. The middle sensor looks for colors. It can detect red, green and blue.
How does Ozobot Bit know what to do?
Ozobot uses its own code. Ozobot recognizes colors in different combinations. This program (or language) allows Ozobot Bit to drive along the lines. Ozobot Bit looks for the sequences of colors. It is important to make the lines the right thickness. This video shows you what to do and what not to do.
