what is a CRT?
this stands for cathode ray tube. CRT is the traditional computers and televisions.
it is more commonly known as a picture tube. this is what most TV's and computers use to display your screen.
WHAT IS A LCD?
An LCD is liquid crystal display. its output data is graphical data to a video screen that uses a liquid crystal solution which displays all the information. these LCD screens are usually very thin and they have a flat viewing surface.
plasma
A plasma display is a computer video display in which each pixel on the screen is illuminated by a tiny bit of plasma or charged gas, somewhat like a tiny neon light. Plasma displays are thinner than cathode ray tube ( CRT ) displays and brighter than liquid crystal displays ( LCD ). Plasma displays are sometimes marketed as "thin-panel" displays and can be used to display either analog video signals or display modes digital computer input.
TOUCHSCREENS
a touchscreen is an electronic visual display, touching the screen with 1 or two fingers we can control simple or multi-touch gestures. the touch screen allows the person to directly interact on what is displayed, rather than using a mouse, touchpad, or any other intermediate devices. the touch screen is common in devices such as game consoles all-in-one computer, tablet computers and also smart phones.
