Captain's Log
PASS CHRISTIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
AHOY, PIRATES!
What an awesome week! This week started out with engaging instruction and ended with another Oyster Bowl championship! From science class and eXperiments to a rocking pep rally and tailgating in the Cove -- our students experienced the Pirate culture at its best.
To top off our week, the Mississippi Department of Education announced its national math and science teacher nominees; the only math teacher nominated was our very own Paige Cobb! Please join the administration in congratulating her on this prestigious accomplishment. The entire state knows the caliber of teachers and leaders we have in Pirate Nation. Soon, the nation will know. How eXciting! You all rock, and we are proud to call you Pirates educators.
With that, I submit the Captain’s Log. #2020vision #committedtoeXcellence #eXcellencemarksthespot cje

We all must complete our suicide prevention training every two years. Many of us will need to complete it by year's end. Remember to SEE our children and ACT on anything you feel is unusual. If you see students who are withdrawn and seemingly alone, check on them and notify the counselors. Relationships are key to helping our students see a way around obstacles they face in life. Stay vigilant.
