Final Exams-Grades 9-11
Dear Parent(s) or Guardian(s):
Final exams are scheduled from Tuesday, June 14 through Friday, June 20, 2016. High school students are required to report for their exams only and will be dismissed after their exams. Students must report to Advisory between exam periods if they have multiple exams that day. Transportation will be provided to school in the morning and from school at 2:05 p.m. Students who do not have transportation may stay in school after the exam period and study in the library. High school students who arrive to school on the morning bus should report to their exam or to the library if they do not have a first block exam. Lunch will be available at 11:25 a.m. for high school students. These students should report to the library after lunch until dismissal at 2:05 p.m. The following is the final exam schedule:
Tuesday, June 14, 2016
7:22 – 9:06: Period 1 EXAM
9:34 – 11:18: Period 2 EXAM
Wednesday, June 15, 2016

Students must turn in their textbooks in each class in order to take the exam in that class. Any student who does not turn in their textbook on time, will have to take a make-up exam. Exams not completed by the end of school will result in a zero for that exam grade.
If a student is absent during an exam, a parent/guardian must call the school prior to the exam (Please refer to the Exam Attendance Policy, Student Agenda, p. 29). Students can make up exams during the specified time or after daily exams have ended in consultation with the appropriate teacher.
