It's a "convenent relationship" between god and the hebrew people. As people jews are a nation in Diaspora (dispersed) and is a 15-16 million people in a worldwide population. Judaism is concerned about Tikkunolam- "repairing this world" through "deed, not creed." Some Jew holy days are Purim and pesach where Puri means "passover" and commemerates the exodus from Egypt that celebrates events told in Exodus from Egypt that celebrates events told in Exodus.

Judaism Basic practices
Some of Judaism's basic practices were The Mitzvot- "commandments" and the Synagogue, The Synagogue replaces ritual sacrifice with Torah readings, prayer and teaching.

A sacred text for the Jews is The Torah which is written on scrolls and kept in a special cabinet called the aron hakodish, the holy ark, in synagogues. The Torah is read with a pointer called a yad (hand) to keep it from being spoiled. Each week one section is read until the entire Torah reading is completed and the reading begins again
