Big picture

We are excited to announce that Shiloh Elementary will be offering a FREE program

called Play 2 Learn, for ages birth to 5 along with a parent or guardian!

Shiloh ES will be offering this new class once a week, every Friday from 8:30am - 10:00am starting September 18th and going through May. You do not have to live in our school district to register, you just need to live anywhere in Gwinnett county.

** During this time of Covid-19, parent/caregiver has the choice between Digital OR In-Person instruction for the Play 2 Learn class. Digital instruction will be every Friday, 8:30-9:00 am and In-Person instruction will be every Friday, 9:00-10:00 am. Once the time comes where digital is no longer an option for GCPS students, the Play 2 Learn class will go back to In-Person instruction only, 8:30-10:00 am every Friday.

Please call Vicki Diaz in our front office at 770-736-2129 to add you and your child's name to the class list.

Shiloh Elementary School Nutrition Announcement

Shiloh Elementary is a Title I school... because we are a Title I school, we now have a new Universal Breakfast Program where ALL students enrolled at Shiloh Elementary can receive a FREE BREAKFAST every school day from 7:30am - 8:15am (lunch is NOT included in this program and after 8:15am breakfast is no longer served). Please remind your student to get breakfast when they come to school in the morning!

ALL student lunches are still either pay or served by eligibility. Eligibility for lunch is determined by your free & reduced meal application. Please be sure to complete/renew your free & reduced application form by September 18th (renewal is required every school year). The free and reduced meal application form can be found in the link below.

Digital students can still pick up their breakfast and lunch during the scheduled curbside pick-up time. Any questions please call our Cafeteria Manager at 770-985-6883.

Click HERE for everything you need to know regarding the Gwinnett County School Nutrition Program, from meals for curbside pick-up to the free and reduced meal application form.

Parents, in your child's Digital Learning Packet, that you picked up on our Open House Day before the start of school, was a note card with your child's name and a bar code on it. Please be sure to keep this note card and send it to school with your child if they are doing in-person learning... this note card will be used daily for going through the lunch and breakfast lines and for checking out books in the library once a week, as well as checking out chrome books for our digital students. We are getting rid of the key pad system.
