Self-care is any activity that we do in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. When you understand your feelings you can better understand what you need and what can be done to help. When you understand what you need, you can show yourself compassion. Please join Ms. Bateman, Counselor, and Mrs. Wingate, our Scholar Success Coordinator, in the Counseling Learning Lab to learn more about self-care.
