Staff Changes at Sublimity School
It is with sincere gratitude that I am writing to inform you that after thirty five years of teaching, all of which have been in the North Santiam School District, Mrs. Moberg has decided to retire from her teaching career. Although we are all going to miss her immensely we are very happy that she will be able to spend more time with her own family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Moberg has given countless hours to the many students she has taught. She continues to work just as hard now as she did in the beginning of her career. I know that many of you have had children in her room that have grown to love and adore her! Please join me in sending our well wishes and congratulations on a meaningful and worthwhile career! We so appreciate all of the hard work, time , genuine care and love she has given to so many students over the years!
Mrs. Rebecca Mitchell is joining our staff and will be teaching at the primary level. She is an outstanding teacher who has worked in the district for nineteen years at both Stayton Elementary and Stayton Intermediate School. Due to the growth in our student population we are adding another teaching position to ease the overcrowding. We have hired Mandi Elmer, who is graduating from Oregon State University and has been an amazing student teacher in Mrs. Smith's classroom all year. We are thrilled to welcome both as the newest members of our Wildcat family. We would love for you to stop by in the fall and say hello and introduce yourselves.
I want to wish all of you a Happy Mother's Day! Enjoy the gorgeous weather this weekend~
