UA's Diversity in Business Bridge Program
Students, see the flyer or click on the link to learn more about The Diversity in Business Bridge Program (DBBP), which will help historically underrepresented minority students get an introduction to the business college experience at The University of Alabama. Best of all the program is free!
We will continue to accept applications through May 31st.
Details about the Diversity In Business Bridge Program at Culverhouse
The Diversity in Business Bridge Program (DBBP) provides additional college preparation for those interested in business as a major/career, including exposure to business professors and professionals, thereby promoting college success for underrepresented minority students by helping them make a smoother transition to college.
Dedicated college financial support will be available to program graduates who enroll at UA to pursue a degree in business.
The program is designed for students from historically marginalized groups (i.e., African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American) who are underrepresented in business and are interested in learning about a business career.
- They must be rising seniors attending an Alabama High School to apply to this program.
- The application will be available from March 1st through May 31st, 2021.
- The Bridge Program will be virtual June 14-18 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
- We will hold an optional campus orientation on Saturday, June 12th at 9:00 a.m.
The DBBP Program will follow UA and Culverhouse safety guidelines, protocols, and restrictions.
