Happy Valentine's Day from the Truscott team! We LOVE teaching, learning, supporting and spending time with your children each day. We LOVE watching them grow, improve and develop each day both academically and socially. We LOVE our families and the team that we are together to support each child become the very best human. If or start these EVERYONE will use the yellow sheets & track these new good habits, Truscott can earn some PE funds for school!!

Please register as a volunteer
If you would like to attend field trips with your child in the next coming months, please make sure you have registered as a volunteer through the Thompson School Distirct website.
From the Health Office
As we continue through Cold and Flu season, please remember to keep your child home if they have a new or Severe cough, Diarrhea or Vomiting, Flu – Like symptoms, or a temperature of 100.4 or higher. Please remember that district policy is 24 hours symptom free without medication for Fever, Vomiting or Diarrhea before they can return. If your child is on antibiotics typical guidelines are 24 hours after start of treatment.
Please also remember to let us know of any absences for your student, illness related or otherwise. You can call me at 970-613-6907 and leave a message, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to excuse the absence. You can also let us know of upcoming appointments or vacations by submitting the absence through the parent portal. Please remember to also provide doctors notes for long term illness related absences. You can send these to me directly through your student or you can send them to the email address above.

Children's Sleep Sheet. Sleep for Kids - Teaching Kids the Importance of Sleep
Sleep for kids teaches kids the importance of sleep. PJ Bear explains snoring, dreams, nightmares, sleep disorders and problems. Games and puzzles are included to help your child learn more about sleep for kids.
Preschool for 2024-2025
Are you interested in your child being ready for kindergarten? The Thompson School District's Integrated Early Childhood Program provides quality preschool experiences for three and four year olds at 15 different sites around the Loveland and Berthoud area. If your child will be 3 or 4 years old by October 1, 2024, your child may be eligible to participate in the Thompson School District's Early Childhood Program. We ask all interested families to complete our Preschool Interest Form available on our preschool website. If you have any questions about our program, please call 970-613-5052.
