People should visit Ethiopian highlands because the Ethiopian plateau and serveral of its mountain groups are cut by deep valleys, Fringed by the Sudan lowlands those mountains are probably of early volcanic origin also the Nile river runs from its source.

Lake Victoria

Lake Victoria is the largest lake in Africa, it lies mainly in Tanzania and Uganda. Lake Victoria is region is one of the most densely populated in africa, Lake Victoria is a fresh water lake with a wealth of fish.

Nile river is 4,160 miles long it flows northward through Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Zaire. Supports practically all agriculture in populated parts of Egypt and 20% Sudan's crop area. Important source of hydroelectric power

The Sahara Desert is the world's largest desert, comprising an area of 3,500,000 square miles. Sahara Desert is bordered on the north by the Atlas Mountains and the mediterranean sea, and on the south by the Sahel. Sahara has one of the harshest climates in the world.
