A Healthy Parks Healthy People Program at Mori Point

Join a park fitness program with your friendly National Park Rangers

Every First Saturday of the Month. This month head on down to Mori Point, another beautiful site in the Golden Gate National Parks.

All fitness levels welcome! Todos bienvenidos!

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing you can move in. Don't forget your water bottles.

Free transportation available if needed.

Saturday, Aug. 3rd, 10-11:30am

Seaside Drive and Fairway Drive, Pacifica, CA

Embark on a challenging mile and a half loop or stroll along the beach promenade, both with breath-taking views. Hear about Mori Point's colorful history including an Inn, bootleggers, a fire, and which endangered species are now protected in that area.

Participants who will require transportation:

9:00 AM Meet at Crissy Field Center
9:15 AM Shuttle departs to Mori Point

10:00 AM Welcome to Mori Point!

10-10:15 AM Stretches

10:15-11:15 AM Hike around Mori Point

11:15-11:20 AM Closing stretches

11:20-11:30 AM Closing & Healthy Surprise!

Participants who will require transportation:

11:30- 11:45 AM Board shuttle and depart back to Crissy Field

12:30 PM Arrive back at Crissy Field Center
