Sleeping to succeeded
Striving to snooze
Time for a stand
Sleep is vital to your well-being, as important as the air you breathe, the water you drink and the food you eat. Students it's time to take a stand for your sleep. I think we can all agree that we don't get as many hours of sleep as we need to especially during the school weeks. The majority of this problem is caused due to homework, stress, and activities. Now it's your chance to strive for more sleeping hours. On November 3rd, there will be a poll in the cafeteria for all students to fill out. We are asking that you check off if you do or do not get enough sleep in the week days, about how many hours of sleep you get per night, and if you would like to talk to the school board about giving students a day once a week where we can sleep in until 11:00 in the morning. Depending on the results, we will then show these polls to the school board. Help make a change in your sleeping schedule by supporting this campaign. Students, it’s time we sleep to succeed.
