Happy Monday!
Welcome back! We are looking forward to a fun, last week before the winter break!
There is no homework this week and no spelling test this week.
ITEM NEEDED: We are doing a project in Science. Every student will need a shoebox. Please send in a shoebox for your child. If you have extra shoeboxes, we would be happy to take any extras you would like to send in.
All Lost and Found items have been placed in the main hallway. Any items not claimed by Friday will be donated to charity. Please encourage your child to look through the items this week.
Third grade will be having our winter party this Friday at 10:45-11:45. Parents are welcome to attend. Please see the message below from Mrs. Ramos about attending the winter party.
If your child is interested in doing a Science Fair Project this year, please send in the permission slip that was sent home in orange folders as soon as possible. Mrs. Basham will then send home a Science Fair Handbook with your child. All projects are due on Wednesday, January 11th.

Winter Parties
All parents are welcome to attend the parties. If you have more than one child at Wells, and you choose to attend one of our class parties during the year, Wells students are not allowed to attend the parties of their siblings. If you want to take your child home after their party, please feel free to do so. Just sign out in the front office. However, if you sign that child out, he or she may not attend the parties later in the day in other grade levels. These students have already had their party, and the classrooms are already crowded with parents. As always, if you have a younger sibling who does not attend Wells yet, he or she is welcome at our parties. Please direct any further questions to Mrs. Ramos at Stefanie.Ramos@pisd.edu.
