SCC Dual Enrollment Updates
A workshop is being held on Dec. 4 on how to apply for Spring 2021 dual enrollment courses through SCC.
SCC and VP are proud to offer MATH 105 to interested students who have completed Math 3 and are looking in taking an additional math course for dual enrollment. This class would be beneficial for students looking to have an additional year of math for a competitive edge on college applications. SCC is also offering a Math tutoring course to support students through the Math 105 course as well. See the attached flyers for course information and applications here:
Please email your counselor or our SCC rep directly at tran_loann@sccollege.edu if you have any questions regarding this course.
Credit Recovery
Students who are currently enrolled in the credit recovery program will be automatically rolled over to the Spring semester, if they still need it. Any student (grades 11 and 12 only) who fails a course in the fall will be signed up for credit recovery in the spring. Counselors will be reviewing transcripts when final grades are posted in January and reaching out to you with details.
Students in the 9th and 10th grade who fail a course will be recommended for summer school. Summer school sign-ups occur in May.
