You will be required to obtain a permit from the Child Welfare and Attendance Office prior to showing up for registration. Any and all questions concerning permits can be answered by calling their office at (337) 217-4230.
If you did not have to obtain a permit the summer to attend Barbe High meaning you are a returning student to Barbe or you have rolled up automatically from a feeder school and live in zone, you will only have to pay your fees online and WILL NOT come on campus for registration. There will not be a face-to-face registration for any returning student. Schedules will be accessible to students through the Student Progress Center (where you check your grades) on August 2nd and students will be given a hard copy of their schedule on the first day of school.
