All About Niels Bohr
Born: October 7, 1885 (same birthday as me!)
Where: Copenhagen, Denmark
Died: 18 November, 1962
Where: Copenhagen, Denmark
Physicist
Education: Copenhagen University
Bohr was the first one to believe that instead of neutrons, protons and electrons being all mixed up, that electrons are on 'rings' around the neutrons and protons.
He also believed and warned that physics should only be used for good.
He also theorized that the more energy an atom has the father was the electrons are.
He also showed that electrons can 'jump' from atom to atom.
Bohr found the element 107, Bohrium.
He also experimented with nuclear fission.
