Sponsor a Student for the Holidays!
Teachers and Faculty,
Many of our high school students are unaccompanied youth and attempt to support themselves in any way they can.
These students, like all students, have a desire to have a very Merry Christmas; however, because of circumstances they cannot control, often times they find themselves going without the basic necessities such as socks, underwear, sweaters, and coats. Often, gifts during the holiday season remarkably foster their self-esteem.
Please consider sponsoring a student for the holiday. We will provide you with a list of needs and wants from the student and clothing sizes. Contact Ms. Guiliano if you or people you know are interested in providing Christmas gifts for a student. Thank you for all that you do in and out of the classroom.
Sincerely,
Bethany Guiliano & Dexter Reaves

BYOD Reminder Please remind your students that BYOD personal devices are not to be used when the teacher is absent; Personal devices will be confiscated: if they use it, they could lose it!
Seat Time Recovery Remind students that they are allowed to miss five (5) days in semester courses and ten (10) days in year-long courses. Any absences over these allowances must be medically excused. In order for students to be eligible to attend Seat Time Recovery, they must have passing grades. If students do not make up time for the unexcused absences, they will receive an FA (failure due to absence) instead of passing grades.
