Broken Arrow Families,

I am thrilled to welcome back In-Person Learners in Pre-K through 2nd Grade beginning Monday, October 5 for Hybrid Learning!

If you haven't already received a schedule for next week from your teacher you will in the near future.

If you are not sure which day your child will attend for Hybrid Learning please see below:

Last Name A-Lamb Monday/Tuesday attendance

Last Name Lamc - Z Wednesday Thursday attendance

In some situations, you may have been asked to attend certain dates to balance class size.

Please reach out to your child's current teacher if you are uncertain which days they will be attending school during Hybrid Learning.

If you haven't already done so, please show the YouTube video on our new BA Building Procedures to your child this weekend (or prior to arriving at school). This will greatly help them understand how Broken Arrow is different than they way they remember it.

Broken Arrow will begin to feel like an actual school again on Monday!

Last Call for Family Numbers - Needed for Picking Up Your Child from School

You should have received your Family Number "tag" that has your number and your side of the building for pick up for dismissal. Family Numbers were given to all In-Person Learners during Drive-Thru Back to School Night.

If you do not have a Family Number, please pick it up prior to your child's first day returning to school.

Please note that arriving to pick up your child without your Family Number could cause yourself and many others great delays.

If attempting to pick up on the wrong side of the building, families will be asked to go to the assigned side, as that is where your child will be ready to load.

Family #100-199 Pick up your child in the front of the school.

Family #200-299 Pick up your child on the back side of the school.

Your Family Number will remain the same as long as you have children attending Broken Arrow.
