Lost and Found - Lots of Clothes!
With the warmer weather, kids have been peeling off those clothes and leaving them all over campus. We try to remind them, yet we still have a ton of clothes in the lost and found. Please take a look at the lost and found at the front gate for your student's items. We will donate it all soon!
Last Chance for Lincoln Potters Fundraiser - Through May 22nd!
Hello Lemur Families,
The Lincoln Potters baseball team is partnering up with Leaman Elementary for a fundraiser! Starting on March 20th through May 22nd, scan the QR code on the flier we sent home (it is also below), choose the game dates your family would like to attend, indicate your child's name and school in the customer comments section, complete the payment and our school will receive 50% of the ticket sales! Make sure to purchase your family tickets for Leaman Night at the Potters on Thursday, June 1st!

We know it sounds early, but we’ve partnered for our third year with first day school supplies to bring your lemurs next grade level supplies directly to your door! Each kit purchased will be delivered two weeks prior to your home! No out of stock issues or multiple store shopping because first day school supplies has worked diligently with our PTO to ensure that the teachers have requested are provided. New Playground Equipment - Thank You Student Leadership and PTO!
Mr. Hutchings Presents Rocks/Fossils/Minerals in Science!
Mr. Hutchings, TK teacher Mrs. Hutchings' husband, visited and presented his collection of rock, minerals, and fossils in science class to multiple grade levels on Thursday. The students learned a lot of scientific facts and interesting history behind these items. The highlight was probably the dinosaur eggs and poop...
Kindergartners Build Houses for Three Little Pigs
The kindergarten classes designed and built houses for the three little pigs, and they had to withstand the Big Bad Wolf trying to blow them down. They followed the engineering design process. They all did a great job and most of their houses survived!

Final Thoughts for the Week
Final three weeks of school! Please make sure to check our calendar, emails, and notices from teachers coming home about class and school activities. There are a lot of great school activities approaching as we wrap up the year, and we are still learning a lot! Have Fun!
